• Gift vouchers are only redeemable at our Boutique Spa salons.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which is otherwise suspected of being potentially fraudulent.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable nor can they be cancelled.

• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against massage or retail products.
