IS LASER HAIR REMOVAL SAFE FOR EVERYONE?

Unfortunately not everyone is suited for Laser Hair Removal. Your safety is always our first concern. 
Please note this list is not exhaustive. You can reach us by phone or email if you are taking any medication to inquire whether we can treat you or not. All our Laser Technicians are trained by Alma Lasers and follow closely their instructions regarding safety. 

Some of the conditions that prevent us from providing treatment are the following: 
• Pregnancy
• Under Photosensitive medication (for example, statins) 
• Lupus 
• Skin cancer (melanoma) or any other active cancer
• Raccutane taken in the last six months 
• Light sensitive Epilepsy
• Melasma
• Vitiligo 
• Diabetes type 1 
• Trombosis
• Under anticoagulant medication
• Keloid Scars
• Psoriasis or eczema (we cannot treat the affected area)
• Excessively dry skin 
• Tattoos cannot be treated (on the area) 
• Anti Wrinkle Injections or Fillers in the last 4 weeks
• Hyperpigmentation caused by sun or previous laser treatment

We may require a Doctor's written consent in the following cases: 
• Breast feeding 
• Allergy to Sun or ultrasound gel 
• Allergy to shaving 
• Metal implants
• Mental health medication
